Shipping Locations:

We currently ship to the United States and International (All countries). For specific shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team at info@cosmicvault.com

Shipping Methods:

  • We offer shipping with USPS. USPS mail services method includes Ground Advantage and Priority Mail (within the U.S.). At this time, we do not ship outside of the U.S. Available methods will be presented during the checkout process.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may vary, and we appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Time:

  • Shipping times vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's journey and estimated delivery date.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are a $5 flat rate fee for Standard Shipping and $10 flat rate fee for Priority Shipping. Based on your shipping method, the exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase.

Free Shipping:

  • We offer free standard and priority shipping on orders over $100. 

Return Policy

At The Cosmic Vault, we strive to ensure that every purchase brings joy and satisfaction to our valued customers. We understand that sometimes, circumstances may arise that require you to return a product. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

Return Eligibility:

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Items Excluded from Returns:

  • "Pre-Owned" or "Non-Returnable." toys

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@cosmicvault.com.

  • Provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.

  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Refund Process:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 3 days to the original payment method.

  • Refunds will not include the original shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges:  No Exchanges accepted

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a sealed damaged or defective item that was not already specified in the description by us, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item, and our customer service team will assist you in resolving the issue.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Contact our customer service team promptly if you wish to cancel your order.
